Which is the chemical branch of Elf Quintaine and Changshu 3F Fluorochemical Co. , Ltd. , Elf Atochem–3F Fluorochemical (Changshu) Co. , Ltd. has a total investment of USD 57 million, and is expected to start production in the first quarter of 2000, and will produce 10000 tons of water – free hydrofluoric acid, 10000 tons of Forane (r)22 annually, and other products.
