L’OREAL (France) and Suzhou Medicine Institute jiontly invest and establish BEAUTYCOS INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD. The joint venture company has a total investment of 99 million USD and 97% of the shares is held by L’OREAL . The company was put into trial production in May 1999.It is estimated that the company’s annual production capacity will be 150 million pieces to 200 million. The company mainly produces hair-dry,vanishing cream,eyelash dark and nail oil.

MAYBELLINE (SUZHOU) COSMETICS CO.,LTD.
In Suzhou New District, L’OREAL also invested USD29.5 million.
